Order data
Name, contact details, delivery address, order content and status are necessary for the sale. Card data stays exclusively with Stripe, which processes payment on ADURA's behalf: ADURA stores or accesses no card data.
Purposes and legal basis
Delivering orders and assisting customers falls under performance of the sales contract. Complying with accounting and tax obligations falls under a legal obligation. Securing the application falls under ADURA's legitimate interest.
Hosting and processors
Data is hosted on the infrastructure of Render Services, Inc. (United States). ADURA's domain name and business email are managed by OVHcloud. Payment is processed by Stripe, which acts as a processor for the banking part of the transaction.
Retention period
Data related to an order is kept for as long as necessary to manage it, then archived for the period required by applicable accounting and tax obligations, without exceeding what is necessary for the purposes described above.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability over your data. These rights can be exercised at any time by email at support@adura.store.
