Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose and scope

These terms govern distance sales between ADURA and consumers on adura.store. The version accepted when the order is placed applies to that order.

Products

ADURA selects and resells third-party branded products. Essential characteristics appear on each product page. For a manifest price or product-page error, ADURA contacts the customer and, if necessary, cancels and refunds the affected order; no unilateral change is made after ordering.

Prices (VAT included)

Prices are displayed in euros including VAT. Delivery fees, discounts and applicable promotional codes are communicated before confirmation. The price, discounts and fees recorded for an order are not changed unilaterally afterwards.

Order

The customer selects products, checks the cart, provides delivery information, reviews the order, accepts these terms and confirms an order with an obligation to pay. A durable email confirmation follows payment validation.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods offered in Stripe Checkout. The order is subject to payment validation. ADURA does not store sensitive card data.

Availability

Products are offered subject to available stock. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, ADURA informs the customer promptly and offers a refund or an agreed solution.

Delivery

Available zones, methods, carriers, fees and estimated times are those shown before order confirmation. ADURA generally prepares orders in 1 to 2 business days. Carriers may include Colissimo / La Poste, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DHL, UPS, FedEx or another carrier displayed to the customer, without all being available for every destination. The delivery address must be accurate and complete.

Transfer of risk

When the carrier is proposed by ADURA, risks remain with ADURA until physical possession by the consumer or their designated third party, subject to the legal exception where the consumer independently chooses a carrier not proposed by ADURA.

Right of withdrawal

Subject to applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without reason, by an unequivocal statement or the model form below.

Return arrangements

After notifying withdrawal, the customer has no more than 14 days to return the goods to ADURA, 69B RUE DE LA STATION, 95130 FRANCONVILLE LA GARENNE, France. Direct return costs are borne by the customer. The customer is liable only for depreciation caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Refunds

ADURA refunds the sums due, including initial delivery costs within the limits set by law, no later than 14 days after withdrawal notification. Where permitted by law, the refund may be deferred until the goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever occurs first.

Legal guarantees

Customers benefit from statutory conformity protection, including for two years from delivery under the legal conditions, and protection against hidden defects. These terms do not reduce those rights.

Claims and delivery incidents

For a significant delay, a parcel shown as delivered but not received, loss or damage, contact support@adura.store. Where ADURA proposed the carrier, ADURA remains the customer's contact in accordance with applicable law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits statutory warranties or mandatory consumer rights. ADURA remains responsible for performing its obligations under applicable law.

Force majeure

A party is not liable for failure caused by an event meeting the legal criteria for force majeure. An ordinary stock shortage, supplier issue or foreseeable logistics difficulty is not automatically force majeure.

Personal data

Personal data are processed in accordance with ADURA's privacy policy.

Intellectual property

ADURA's visual identity, text and content are protected where applicable. Resold fragrance brands remain the property of their respective owners.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law without depriving a consumer resident in another EU State of more protective mandatory rules. An amicable solution is sought first, without imposing a specific French court on the consumer.

Changes and version

Version 1.0 takes effect on 15 August 2026. Later changes apply only to orders placed after publication; the version accepted for an order continues to apply to it.
