Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without justification. After notification, you have no more than 14 days to return the goods.
Procedure and return address
Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement or the model form to support@adura.store, then return the goods at your direct cost to ADURA, 69B RUE DE LA STATION, 95130 FRANCONVILLE LA GARENNE, France.
Refund
ADURA refunds the sums due within the legal time limit, including initial delivery costs within the limits set by law. The refund may be deferred until the goods or proof of dispatch are received where permitted by law.
